Signing ceremony between Anhui Construction Engineering Group and CGC Overseas Construction Co, Ltd for the strategic cooperation partnership agreement was held on 16, March, 2008, pending Anhui Provincial Forum of “Going-Out”. Projects involved in the agreement locate in three countries – Nigeria, Kazakhstan and Chad. Total projects are worth USD$220M.

Mr. Zheng Chao, Vice Chief of Ministry of Commerce of China, Department of Foreign Economic Cooperation;
Mr. Han Jun, Associate Secretary General of Anhui Provincial Government;
Mr. Zhu Ning, Deputy Chief of the Bureau of Commerce of Anhui Province.
ACEG and CGCOC initiated their cooperation in August, 2007 on the road project in Ethiopia, hence, superiority complementarities and reliable cooperation between the two parties have been realized on principles of “mutual benefit, bilateral reliability” and an accumulative total of contracts signed are worth USD$560M so far.
